After initial screening you’ll be invited to a 20 – 30 minute screening call with the Orphoz Recruiter to understand more about your experience, motivation, level and fit for the role, in addition to answering your questions.

In parallel you will be invited to a digital problem solving assessment that will take up to 70 mins and should completed in one setting.

From here, if you are selected for interview, round 1 will include two, 60 minute individual interviews with Managers from the team. In these interviews you’ll do problem-solving oral case studies, personal experience discussions, and functional interviews to understand more on your relevant PM skillsets.

Following a successful round 1, round 2 will include two further 60 minute interviews with senior leadership. The format of these are similar in structure to round one.
