Our clear evaluation process is based on merit and individual performance. Evaluations are held twice a year and are based on end-of-project feedback. In each session we ask you to reflect on your performance over the previous six months, articulating your strengths and areas for development focused on helping you move up to your next role.
We offer a broad spectrum of training programmes in your first week at Orphoz, and then multiple trainings per month tailored to each role, typically held on a Friday.
Alongside these formal sessions, you will have regular coaching from senior members of the team, along with regular feedback sessions, so that everyone can understand their strengths and be empowered to act on any improvement areas.
