Our priority is to develop your talent

  • Our clear evaluation process is based on merit and individual performance. Evaluations are held twice a year and are based on end-of-project feedback. In each session we ask you to reflect on your performance over the previous six months, articulating your strengths and areas for development focused on helping you move up to your next role.
  • We offer a broad spectrum of onboarding training and digital tool skills in your first two weeks at Orphoz and then different targeted training sessions each month tailored to each role, typically on Fridays
  • Alongside these formal sessions, you will have regular coaching from senior members of the team, along with regular feedback sessions, so that everyone can understand their strengths and be empowered to act on any improvement areas.
