- Our clear evaluation process is based on merit and individual performance. Evaluations are held twice a year and are based on end-of-project assessments. In each session we ask you to reflect on your performance over the previous six months, articulating your strengths and areas for development before you can move up to your next role
- We offer a broad spectrum of training programmes in your first week at Orphoz,and then weekly or bi-weekly, typically on a Friday.
- Alongside these formal sessions, permanent coaching from senior members of the team and from Partners/Senior Partners is embedded in our processes, along with regular feedback sessions, so that everyone can understand their strengths and be empowered to act on any improvement areas.
Expectations for each role are centered around the clients, the team management and the content management.
